Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following booking policy: Booking Requirements A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to your final balance. All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After this period, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $___ will apply, or your appointment may be canceled at the discretion of the service provider. If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible to avoid cancellation. Day-of Appointment Please arrive prepared and ready at the scheduled time. For photo sessions, ensure all wardrobe, props, and additional items are on hand. Additional time or services requested beyond the original booking may incur extra fees.
